Speech Pathologist (SLP) PRN Inova Health System United States, Virginia, Fairfax Mar 27, 2026 Inova Fairfax Hospital - Rehabilitation Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist (SLP) to join the team. Demonstrates advanced clinical expertise in patient evaluation treatment and documentation. Collaborates with the patient and/or family whenever possible to set treatment priorities and select activities that maximize participation in the treatment process as evidenced by feedback and observation. Demonstrates creativity, diversity and resourcefulness to gain patient involvement, to accommodate special circumstances or needs of the patient or adapt the treatment environment to optimize patient responses evidenced by team feedback and observation. Provides clinical mentoring and operational guidance, education, and/or supervision to new or less experienced staff, students and support personnel. Acts as an approachable, tactful mentor in all situations. Takes a proactive role with new or inexperienced staff in developing their clinical and administrative skills as evidenced by staff feedback and outcomes of mentoring efforts.Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)Licensure:
Speech Language Pathologist licensed (Virginia)Experience:
