Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and clear SLP licensure valid in Virginia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience in school-based settings preferred Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a strong asset Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and progress assessments for a varied caseload Develop and implement targeted IEP goals tailored to each student Participate in collaborative IEP meetings, supporting students, families, and educators Document and report student progress according to school and district guidelines Manage therapy sessions effectively, whether in person or online Contribute positively to a supportive, student-centered school environment
