Qualifications:

Valid Virginia SLP license Familiarity with ABA principles and verbal behavior Comfortable working with ages 5-22 Experience (preferred) with AAC devices such as Proloquo2 and Touch Chat Experience working with students with challenging behaviors (aggression, self-injurious behavior, property damage) is a plus Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)

Responsibilities:

Work 2-3 days per week (approx. 20 hours) in a school-based or teletherapy setting Provide skilled speech-language services and support for a diverse caseload Collaborate with educators and staff to implement IEPs and behavioral strategies Utilize AAC devices and evidence-based practices for optimal student outcomes Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
