Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday Experience or comfort working with children and adolescents from kindergarten through high school Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus, though not mandatory Commitment to fostering student growth and supporting individualized education goals

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted intervention plans for students Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to diverse communication needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals Support IEP development by providing input, participating in meetings, and documenting progress Address a broad range of speech, language, and social communication difficulties Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners This position offers the chance to work onsite alongside passionate educators, joining a school community invested in growth and belonging.
