Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of Virginia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred Comfortable delivering speech therapy services both in-person and virtually (teletherapy) Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech/language therapy for students with a range of communication disorders Support students individually and in small groups, adapting interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure integrated care Maintain accurate records of student progress and adhere to state and district compliance guidelines Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for additional supports as appropriate
