$2,166 Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services within an elementary school setting. This role focuses on supporting students in achieving effective communication skills and academic success. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide therapy in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on student needs Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and district regulations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) CCC-SLP preferred Previous school-based experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
