Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state licensure for SLP (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments and foster meaningful relationships with students and staffKey Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust interventions as neededBenefits:
