Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a real impact supporting students across K-12 as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required) in a contract role for the upcoming school year. This opportunity allows you to provide essential speech and language services at 1-3 school sites near Stony Creek, VA, with an assignment running from August 2026 through May 2027. Your Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC credential Strong experience working with school-aged populations preferred Solid communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload Commitment to evidence-based practices in speech/language therapy
Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct assessments and provide evaluations to determine students' needs Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records and timely documentation Attend IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member Adapt therapy approaches to best serve a diverse student population across multiple school sites
