This school-based opportunity is designed for a capable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) with a deep commitment to supporting students' communication development. Working onsite, you will collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver essential speech therapy services, directly influencing student success and confidence.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current VA SLP License (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in school settings highly preferred Proficiency in evaluation, diagnostics, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress towards goals Deliver targeted therapy sessions in individual and group settings, addressing articulation, language, voice, and fluency concerns Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student learning and participation Maintain clear, accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development This long-term contract position will keep you engaged and making a difference through May 2027.
