Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of speech, language, communication, feeding, and social communication needs while creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help each child achieve their goals. You'll collaborate closely with families and our multidisciplinary team—including Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists—to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that supports the whole child. This position is available as either full-time or part-time and offers scheduling flexibility, mentorship, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to assess communication strengths and areas of need. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique goals and family priorities. Provide evidence-based therapy for children with: Speech sound disorders Language delays and disorders Social communication challenges Fluency disorders Voice disorders Feeding and swallowing concerns (if applicable) Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), when appropriate Educate and coach families on strategies that promote communication skills at home and in everyday routines. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to provide coordinated, family-centered care. Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate documentation. Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions that motivate children while supporting meaningful progress. Participate in team meetings, in-house trainings, and continuing education opportunities. Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture focused on exceptional patient care. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and partnering with families. Self-motivated, compassionate, and committed to lifelong learning. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
