Qualifications and Experience:
Active SLP license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking their first school-based experience Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children is highly desirable Flexible approach to caseloadplease specify if you have a grade range preference (elementary, middle, or high school) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based therapy and IEP development
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders across a K-12 student population Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students educational progress Participate collaboratively in IEP meetings with families and school teams Maintain accurate records of assessments, goals, and progress Provide consultation, advocacy, and education for teachers, parents, and caregivers Engage with school teams to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments
