e2247-05452 Job Description Step into a rewarding full-time position serving pediatric students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive educational environment near Essex Junction, VT. Qualifications:
Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certification (CF or CCC's) Active and valid state SLP licensure Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and communications Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Provide support and education to staff and families regarding communication strategies
