Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) throughout Vermont for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving: Preschool (PK) Elementary School Middle School High School Mixed PK-12 Caseloads Specialized Programs Autism Support Programs Life Skills Classrooms Inclusive Education Settings Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location. CompensationBenefits $50-$60 Per Hour Guaranteed Pay At Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time-even when students are absent, sessions are canceled, field trips occur, or schedules change.
