Qualifications and Skills:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Washington state license or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY applicants are welcome to apply Experience providing therapy in a school setting is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow professionals, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment results Provide direct individual and small-group speech/language therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities Adapt therapy plans and materials to meet diverse student needs Youll thrive in an environment where your expertise is celebrated and your commitment to students is deeply valued.
