What You'll Bring:

Active Washington State SLP License and Teacher Certification Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, with school-based or healthcare backgrounds highly valued Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as seasoned SLP-CCC professionals Comfort working across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads (K-12) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Dedication to fostering student growth and success

What You'll Do:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring IEP goals are met Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create supportive learning environments Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with regulations Participate in team meetings, IEP documentation, and parent conferences as needed Engage in professional development and leverage support from clinical mentors
