9547031-98531 Job Description Empower students to find their voices as a dedicated speech-language professional in a supportive school environment near Centralia, WA. This full-time contract opportunity spans the entire 2026-2027 academic year, allowing you to make a significant impact across all grade levels. Work closely with a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students, supporting their communication goals and collaborating with educators and families.
Key Requirements:
Valid WA SLP or SLPA License For SLPs, Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential required Experience in any of the following settings: school-based SLP/SLPA, SLP-CCC, healthcare, pediatrics, or clinical fellowship year (SLP-CFY) roles Familiarity with serving pediatric populations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students across all grade levels Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate and thorough documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education team Why consider this role?
