Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state SLP licensure/certification Recent experience delivering speech services in educational settings (K-12 preferred) Strong skills in assessment, individualized education plan (IEP) development, and delivering direct services Able to travel among assigned school sites; reliable transportation required Preference given to candidates comfortable with a variety of caseloads and age groups Must be available for full-time, on-site work (no remote/virtual options) SLPAs not considered for this role

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to K-12 students across multiple campuses according to their individual needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Travel within the region, potentially including Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, and Thurston counties, as well as the greater Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater areas, and commuting to surrounding communities (Shelton, Raymond, McCleary) Customize therapy approaches to meet diverse student goals and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Enjoy a flexible full-time schedule: choose four days per week at 8.75 hours each or five days per week at 8 hours each, based on your preference.
