Responsibilities include assessing and treating speech, language, and communication issues, developing and implementing individualized plans, and working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the students' educational goals. The typical workload involves handling a diverse age group of students with varying needs. Required Qualifications Speech/Language Pathologist, School Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field Speech Therapist Clinical Fellows are Encouraged to Apply State License is Required to Start the Assignment Preferred Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
