• Elma, WA | PreK-2nd Grade Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Elma, Washington.

This position will serve a PreK-2nd grade population, including students within the district's high-needs program.

Position Details:

• Full-time
• 37.5 hours per week
• Approximately 80 students total
• PreK-2nd grade population
• Includes students in the district's high-needs program
• School-based setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Support PreK-2nd grade students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Provide services to students within the district's high-needs program.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collect and document student progress data and maintain accurate service records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and other school staff.
• Develop appropriate strategies and interventions to support student communication and classroom participation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible Washington SLP licensure and required school-based credentialing
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with early childhood and elementary-aged students preferred
• Experience supporting students with higher or more complex needs is a plus Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
