Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid WA state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs are encouraged to apply Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued Familiarity with IEP development and special education procedures Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to organize caseloads and prioritize services effectively
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment programs in alignment with IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student progress Document interventions, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Support students both one-on-one and in group settings to enhance communication skills Provide consultative services and resources for staff and parents Stay up to date on best practices and professional standards in school-based speech-language pathology Contribute your skills where they make a meaningful impact and work alongside passionate educators who value collaboration and growth.
