Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - 42-Week Contract VBeyond Healthcare is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 42-week contract opportunity in Federal Way, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified SLP looking for a consistent full-time schedule and the opportunity to provide high-quality speech, language, and swallowing services.

PM Hours:
40 hours per week Responsibilities Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy as appropriate. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and therapeutic strategies. Participate in care planning and multidisciplinary team meetings. Follow facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current and active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license .
ASHA CCC-SLP
certification preferred/required as applicable. Previous clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
