A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. Caseload Management:

Step into an already structured schedule. You will execute established treatment plans and keep students on track with their speech, language, and communication goals.

IEP & Progress Tracking:

Manage standard Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation, coordinate progress reports, and attend collaborative parent-teacher conferences as scheduled.

In-Person Connection:

Provide high-impact, direct speech therapy in a collaborative on-site school environment. What You Must Bring to the District Because this is a rapid-turnaround contract, compliance requirements are strictly audited at the time of submission:

Licensure Hard Stop:

You must hold an active, unrestricted Washington State DOH SLP License at the moment of submittal (No "pending" state licenses will be considered).

ESA Readiness:

Must possess, or be fully eligible to immediately secure, your Washington ESA Certificate via the district's expedited school track.

Independent Mastery:

Proven ability to manage school-based caseloads independently with minimal ramp-up time.

Pay:

$73.00 - $76.00 per hour
