This full-time contract assignment will cover a maternity leave from mid-November through late January, focusing on a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students, including those with moderate disabilities within resource and RISE programs. Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid WA SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged students Knowledge and experience supporting students with moderate disabilities Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfort utilizing technology for service delivery and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to ensure comprehensive student support Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to enhance students communication skills Accurately maintain student documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise during team planning sessions
