Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Advance your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels during the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite opportunity is suited for a skilled SLP passionate about helping students with a wide range of disabilities, from mild to severe. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering communication and language development, empowering students to reach their greatest potential in an educational setting. What We're Looking For:
Active Washington State SLP Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience with school-based caseloads from elementary through high school Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfort in working with various types of disabilities, mild to severe
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver direct and consultative therapy services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Track student progress and document outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Utilize evidence-based practices to address diverse student needs Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
