What You'll Do:

Cook and prepare quality food to spec in a timely manner Work grill, flat top, fryers, and pizza oven stations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with inventory and stock control Complete dishwashing duties when needed Stay calm, focused, and efficient during rushes Support the kitchen team wherever needed

Requirements:

Grill & flat top experience Food Handler's Permit required Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment Strong attention to quality, consistency, and deadlines Comfortable standing for long periods around hot kitchen equipment Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
