Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license and eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working in healthcare or school settings, preferably with pediatric populations Skilled in teletherapy and school-based SLP services Comfortable managing therapy for students across a range of needs and abilities Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy virtually to PreK-2nd grade students, coordinating with an on-site SLPA Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Document therapy sessions, monitor progress, and update records regularly Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development Adapt interventions for students in high-needs programs to ensure accessibility and effectiveness
