9685432-98512 Job Description Embark on a rewarding journey supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This contract opportunity is set within a vibrant, student-focused environment located near Olympia, WA, with a schedule designed for work-life balance: Monday through Thursday, 8.75 hours per day, totaling 35 hours per week. The role begins as soon as possible and allows for meaningful interaction across a K-12 caseload of approximately 45 students. Bring your skills and passion for facilitating communication development to a collaborative team dedicated to student growth. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply, as are those with experience in educational or pediatric settings. Qualifications and Desired Experience Masters degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Ability to manage and prioritize a K-12 caseload independently Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with their CCC School-based experience preferred but not required Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student success Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote optimal learning environments Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for caseload compliance Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams Perks Four-day work week for enhanced work-life balance Supportive school community and multidisciplinary collaboration Professional growth in a rich educational landscape Start making a difference in students lives right away!
