$58-75/hour School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Port Orchard, WA | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $75/hour Hello, SLPs! Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time and part-time school-based positions in Port Orchard, Washington. These are in-person opportunities beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027.

June 17, 2027 Compensation up to $75 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Complete required documentation and progress reporting Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and other service providers Participate in IEP meetings and support students' communication goals Deliver services in accordance with district, state, and professional guidelines

Requirements:
