Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step confidently into the next school year as an essential part of a dedicated educational community near Port Orchard, WA. This contract-based opportunity offers experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), particularly SLP-CCC professionals familiar with school settings, the chance to support K-12 students on their journey to communication success. The upcoming school year brings five engaging full-time roles: four traditional positions (7.5 hours daily, 37.5 hours weekly) and one .7 full-time equivalent, all delivered exclusively on-site. In this setting, you'll provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for diverse student needs. While caseloads are typically capped at 48, numbers may range up to 60 students, offering an active and dynamic school environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid WA SLP License and ESA certificate Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI prior to start Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience with K-12 caseloads and school-based service delivery Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
