Key Qualifications:

Valid Washington State SLP License ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly encouraged

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to students at elementary or secondary levels Manage a caseload of approximately 42 (elementary) or 45 (secondary) students Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and track student IEPs Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students
