Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming educational setting near Rochester, WA. You'll make a meaningful impact, helping children and adolescents improve their communication abilities and achieve key milestones. In this position, you'll be responsible for: Performing comprehensive evaluations for students presenting speech and language concerns Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address each student's unique needs Providing evidence-based therapy sessions to help students reach their speech and language goals Carefully tracking and documenting progress in accordance with best practices Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to support student success Involving and guiding families throughout the therapy journey Qualifications and desired experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants are welcome Experience working with children in a school-based setting is highly valued Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills To be considered, candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid state license and a Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology.
