2026-2027 Soliant is actively searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team environment in Seattle, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. - What You'll Do Provide engaging, direct therapy services to students consistently throughout the traditional school year.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student success. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all services provided. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Washington SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain). Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply! Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
