2026-2027 Soliant is actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position within a Seattle, Washington school district. We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team for the current school year, and we are scheduling interviews immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential therapy services and make a lasting impact on students' educational success. •Should qualifiers be met. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to effectively diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored with student-centered goals. Deliver engaging, direct therapy services to students in both individual and small group environments. Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and the multidisciplinary special education team to foster student success. Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding student progress and all services provided. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. An active Washington SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain one). Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); however, Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also highly encouraged to apply!
