Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-2:30

PM Hours:

37.5 hours/week

10 About the Role EMP Healthcare is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide speech and language services to K-12 students in a school-based setting. You will evaluate communication needs, provide therapy, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments. Provide individualized speech-language therapy. Monitor student progress and maintain documentation. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP and student progress meetings. Manage a caseload of up to 60 students. Requirements Active Washington State SLP license required. ESA certification required. Must be available to work in person. School-based experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation Up to $60/hour , with overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate for hours over 40 per week, when applicable. Apply through Indeed today to be considered for this opportunity.
