Responsibilities Provide speech therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques and best practices. Utilize anatomy and physiology knowledge to tailor treatments for optimal outcomes. Qualifications -Must be a licensed SLP in Washington State. Master preparation is preferred. -Has an understanding of working with the special needs population preferred. -Knowledge working in speech-language and swallow function services.
