Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Washington state SLP license or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with adolescent populations in an educational setting Strong collaboration and communication skills Familiarity with IEP processes and special education requirements

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy for students in grades 6-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and complete relevant documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Offer staff and parent support on communication strategies and classroom accommodations
