Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington State as an SLP Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services is a plus Commitment to individualized and culturally responsive care for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive educational environment
