Qualifications:
Hold a valid Wisconsin school SLP license Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and families Comfortable with individual and group therapy models Experience in evaluation, documentation, and treatment planning
Responsibilities:
Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals for student success Maintain accurate records and progress documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational plans Offer engaging, evidence-based interventions catered to diverse learners
