Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license and

ASHA CCC

certification preferred (open to CFYs with the possibility of supervision) Strong knowledge of school-based practices, IEP processes, and caseload management Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in an educational environment Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to motivate, engage, and support students with diverse needs

What You'll Do:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Lead therapy sessions and periodically reassess progress to optimize student outcomes Provide mentorship and guidance to SLPAs as appropriate Prepare thorough progress reports and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Communicate regularly with staff, families, and administrators to ensure comprehensive support Enjoy the flexibility of a contract position with interview availability as soon as tomorrow, with additional slots Thursday morning and until Friday at 1 PM.
