What youll do:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, assessments, and provide individualized therapy for K12 students. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each childs needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to ensure holistic support for each students learning journey. Participate in team meetings and administrative tasks; indirect hours for documentation and collaboration are paid. Deliver services onsite, with options to incorporate teletherapy depending on experience and student needs.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Active Wisconsin SLP license and DPI credentials, or eligibility to secure these before your start date. Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting prior to hire. Experience working in a school environment or with pediatric clients favored, including Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-SLPs. Solid understanding of teletherapy and healthcare-related SLP practices a plus.
