Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Wisconsin Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Demonstrated experience or clinical rotations with pediatric and school-aged populations Comfort working with diverse caseloads from early childhood through elementary and high school Flexibility, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K12 students Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow specialists to support each students unique goals Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Track and document student progress using school-based systems Provide expert recommendations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Serve as a resource and advocate for speech-language services within the school community
