9657588-53158 Job Description Make a significant impact supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment. Two full-time onsite positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, working within 1-2 conveniently located schools. Whether you hold your CCC or are completing your CFY, youll benefit from built-in mentorship, as each site has a dedicated Lead SLP for guidance and support. Key Qualifications:
Holds a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Eligible for or holder of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply School-based experience working with elementary-aged children a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite speech and language therapy to elementary students Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and document progress Collaborate daily with Lead SLP, teachers, and families to support each students success Create engaging, effective therapy materials individualized to student needs Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, and support school initiatives Working onsite, youll experience a vibrant school community and supportive peers who value your expertise. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best match for your interests and experience. This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours per week, with compensation starting at $45 per hour and increasing based on experience.
