9657588-53144 Job Description Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity is perfect for an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY eager to gain or expand experience in a collaborative school environment. Youll work at one or two elementary schools located conveniently close to each other, partnered with a lead SLP at each site for guidance and support. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week throughout the 2026-2027 school year, with the potential to renew the contract if its a great match.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) eligibility required State licensure (or ability to obtain) for practicing SLP in schools Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children Effective communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with school-based caseloads is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive student support Participate in student evaluation meetings and team consultations Document progress and maintain accurate case files per district and legal requirements Engage in regular communication with lead SLP and school personnel
