Qualifications and Experience:

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin Current ASHA (CCC-SLP) certification Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teacher certification for Wisconsin Experience in a school setting strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans Strong organizational skills and a commitment to student success

Your Responsibilities:

Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using appropriate tools Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide therapy and support to students individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
