Job Description
FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, developing functional, person-centered plans that maximize safety and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and staff, and document care in a timely, compliant manner.
