Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Excellent communication for collaboration with students, teachers, and families Willingness and ability to relocate for the assignment Compassionate approach and adaptability to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to identify student needs Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to support academic achievement Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress Attend and contribute to IEP meetings; provide progress monitoring and data-driven reports Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and documentation in accordance with guidelines Participate in relevant school-based activities and professional development
