Therapy Services LLC Summary We specialize in 1-on-1 outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy for all age groups and for any range of disability or injury, including many complex neuro-diagnoses. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled professional to treat our growing pediatric, adult, and geriatric population. Job Requirements All applicants must have a current or temporary license to practice speech therapy in the state of West Virginia to be considered for the position. Previous speech therapy experience preferred Previous experience with pediatric patients preferred Job Responsibilities Apply research-proven techniques to examine, diagnose, and then treat speech/swallowing deficits as monitored by supervision, documentation review, and consultation with the patient's referring provider Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques for patients of varying ages, personalities, or disabilities Create treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Maintain an interdisciplinary team approach when patient evaluation or treatment necessitates the involvement of our occupational therapists Complete all patient evaluation, goals, plan of care, and treatment documentation timely and in accordance with state and federal guidelines Carry out oversight responsibilities to ensure supervision of Rehab Aides and students
