Desired Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current West Virginia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience with Pre-K to elementary-age students preferred Background supporting students with autism and diverse communication needs is highly valued Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for a range of communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote generalization of skills and student success in the classroom Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in school-based therapy As a valued professional, youll grow your expertise while helping students reach their fullest potential in a nurturing setting.
