9535501-24740 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. Situated near Princeton, WV, this role will provide speech and language therapy services across nearby grouped school sites, impacting the lives of students who rely on your expertise. The anticipated caseload is 50 students, with flexibility up to 53 if applicable waivers are granted. Multiple positions are available, allowing for a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in West Virginia Previous school-based experience working with diverse student populations preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a key team member Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, adhering to all state and federal guidelines
