Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Prior experience in a school-based setting with K-12 students strongly preferred Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for helping students reach their highest potential

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services Deliver direct therapy to students individually or in group settings, supporting a variety of speech and communication needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents to promote effective communication strategies Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes Offer consultation and resources to staff and families to foster positive learning environments Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to the interdisciplinary team
